President/CEO

Angela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration from The University of Cincinnati in Ohio and a Web Design degree from The University of Cincinnati. Angela began her career at a young age working her way through college and moving up in the advertising world. Angela co-founded Pixels & Dots in 2001. Our fearless leader's responsibilities extend across art direction, interactive design, web design, graphic design, commercial photography, and videography.

Monte Davis,
New Business Director

Monte holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Stockton State College, Pomona, New Jersey. Monte began his career in the print industry and moved into web design in 2000. Monte co-founded Pixels & Dots in 2001. Monte is a skilled purple-belt in keeping our customers happy, working with clients such as Procter & Gamble, McDonalds Franchise, and Flexi USA. Monte is a talented Graphic Designer, Art Director Videographer and Photographer.

Emma Marsh,
Account Executive

Emma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Design and Management from Parsons, The New School for Design. Emma thrives in our fast paced, deadline oriented environment and is an asset to our results-driven team. Emma's experience working with brands like Calvin Klein and Maidenform have prepared her well for working with similar brands here.
