In 2001, Monte co-founded Pixels & Dots, where he serves as a Creative Director, Graphic Designer, Web Designer, and Photographer. His work is known for its clarity, creativity, and strategic impact—whether he’s building a visual identity for a startup, designing a responsive website for a nonprofit, or directing a commercial photo shoot.

Monte Davis is an accomplished designer and creative leader with more than 25 years of experience in brand identity, print, and website design. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Stockton University in Pomona, New Jersey, where he cultivated a strong foundation in visual communication and design principles.
