He put a lot of strong options in front of me for the logo, and I'm very happy with where we netted out. On the website, he was very responsive to my direction. I happen to hate stock photos, and Monte did a great job coming up with custom images to use. I'm deploying them both on the website for design features and in presentations and sales materials. He was extremely organized through the whole process, which is not always the case as has been my experience with other web design shops.
